He is a versatile musician and teacher, who began playing the guitar in seven years. In 1987 he won a national guitar competition in Kutna Hora and the following year, he was the absolute winner of international competition. Between 1989 - 1995 he studied classical guitar at the Prague Conservatory with prof. Vaclav Kucera. During studies in 90 ', 91' participated in master courses in Austria. After successfully graduating he continued in the same field at the Prague Academy of Performing Arts at prof. Milan Zelenka (1995 - 1999).

In addition to playing the guitar he worked at the Conservatory and singing with prof. Lída Noppova. His singing skills applied in the L. Panek and V. Zahradnik choirs , then in the Musical theater Karlin, in a multi-theater performance Semafor, in musicals, in the K. Vlach orchestra even dub music (eg, produced by Walt Disney). Fully active as a studio musician and vocalist.

Extensive experience in guitar playing has gained during his studies at guitar festivals at home and abroad. He worked as a soloist with Virtuosi di Praga orchestra , he has performed with many artistic personalities - guitarist J. Clark, flutist R. Novotny, violinist S. Hess , singer E. Adler, M. Brychtová, singer and composer J. Březík, and with Jiri Bily Band . Is co-founder and artistic director of the group "BB'roll" band Bily boty (The white shoes) and is currently still active in a rock'n'roll band The Fribbles and old-timer band Hašlerka.

Since 1996, he´s a permanent member of the Quartetto Telemann.
